These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of websites, products, and services provided by CRN Interactive ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide web and app development, eCommerce, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, analytics, SEO, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in project proposals or statements of work (SOWs).
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur a late fee and/or suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access necessary to deliver services. You are responsible for content, data, and compliance with applicable laws for your properties.
Unless otherwise agreed, upon full payment you receive a non‑exclusive, perpetual license to use deliverables for your business. Third‑party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it solely to perform under these Terms or an SOW.
Services are provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation of deliverables.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRN Interactive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, misuse of services, or breach of these Terms.
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 14 days of notice. Upon termination, you will pay for work performed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CRN Interactive is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
